Educational Qualification: For this post candidate should have passed 10th standard from recognized board or institute. And should have pass certificate in ITI Trade from the concerned subject.

Selection Process : The selection process for Western Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2023 generally consists of the following steps:
Merit List : Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in 10th Class and ITI Trade.
Document Verification : Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for document verification. This step will involve verification of original documents related to age, education, caste and other eligibility criteria.
Medical Examination : Candidates who qualify at the document verification stage will undergo a medical examination to assess their physical fitness for the post.

- Marksheet of SSC (Class 10) or its equivalent.

- Consolidated ITI Mark Sheet of all semesters of Trade where applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
- National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Temporary National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC applicants in para – B, C & D where applicable, mentioned in para.
- Disability Certificate, Annexure –E & F (as applicable) in case of PwBD applicants. 9.7 Discharge Certificate / Serving Certificate, in case of applicants applied against ex-serviceman quota.

- After that advertisement regarding currently ongoing recruitment “Click here to view/download advertisement!!
- Please read the notification carefully before proceeding for registration!!” Click on the link to download the notification and read the application process properly.
- Then click on “Click here to apply online” option.
- A new page will open in front of you, then click on “New Registration” option.
- The application form will open in front of you, where you enter the information asked from you like name, community, date of birth details, employee ID, mobile number, email ID etc. and click on “Submit” button.
- After doing this the registration number will be available on the registered mobile number and email id of the candidate After that go to home page again and enter “Registration Number” and “Password” and “Login”.
- Now the application form will appear in front of you, fill all the personal details and information asked from you and click on “Save and Continue”.
- After doing this, fill the employment details and click on “Save and Continue”.
- After that, now fill your educational qualification information and click on “Save and Continue”.
- After doing this, upload your recent scanned passport size photograph, signature and required documents and click on “Submit” button to review and submit your application form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
