: Selection Process :
- Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification.
- The selection process for apprenticeship positions involves the preparation of a merit list based on matriculation marks (with a minimum 50% aggregate) and ITI marks in the relevant trade.
- The merit list is calculated by considering the percentage of marks obtained in all matriculation subjects and the marks mentioned in the provisional/final ITI certificate.
- The merit list will be prepared for the purpose on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
- The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
- In case of a tie, priority is given to the older candidate, and if birth dates are also identical, the candidate who passed the matriculation exam earlier is considered first.
- The final merit list is organized division/unit-wise, trade-wise, and community-wise in descending order of marks percentage.
- Enlisted candidates undergo a verification process of original testimonials, and a medical certificate, as per Annexure-IV, is required.
- A unique Registration Number is issued during the online application submission, and candidates are advised to preserve it for subsequent stages and communication with the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC).
- The exact Date, Time, and Venue for the examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well and such information will be also available on the official website of North Western Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell — www.rrcjaipur.in
