 Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates must ensure that they meet the requirements established by the Central Board of Secondary Education before applying for CTET Notification 2023. (CBSE). The following are the requirements for the CTET exam notification for 2023:

• Paper 1: A candidate for the CTET must have gotten at least a 50% marks in their senior secondary or 12th-grade class as well as a passing grade or appeared in their final year of elementary education (D.El.Ed), a 4-year bachelor’s degree in elementary education (B.El.Ed), or a 2-year diploma in education.
• Paper 2: Candidates for the CTET must have a diploma and must have passed or been enrolled to the last year of the 2-year Elementary Education Diploma (D.El.Ed. ), 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. ), or 2-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Candidates for the CTET who have obtained a bachelor’s degree and who have successfully completed or are involved in their final year of a four-year bachelor’s degree programme in elementary education (B.El.Ed.) or in education (B.Ed.) are also eligible to apply for the CTET Paper-II.

CTET July Session Exam Syllabus 2023 : For recruiting teachers for class 1st to 8th in public school or CBSE affiliated private schools the CBSE conducts a national level entrance exam which is the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET). The Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 exam is conducted in two papers in which CTET Paper- 1 for candidates who want to teach classes 1st to 8th and CTET Paper 2 for candidates who want to teach classes 6th to 8th. • Environmental Studies: The topics of environmental studies, health and hygiene, and social studies are the subject of this section of the CTET paper 1.

CTET Paper 2 Syllabus:

• Child Development and Pedagogy: This subject of the CTET exam 2 is devoted to understanding the characteristics and requirements of different learners, as well as child development and the fundamentals of teaching and learning.
• Language I (mandatory): This CTET paper 2 section focused on verbal, grammatical, and comprehension skills in the language of instruction (English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Sanskrit).
• Language II (mandatory): This part of the CTET paper 2 is related to language proficiency in a language other than Language I and covers verbal, grammatical, and comprehension skills.
• Mathematics and Science (for Science and Math Teachers): This section of the CTET exam 2 is related to the concepts, abilities, and pedagogical knowledge of mathematics and science.
• Social Studies/Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science Teachers): The CTET paper 2 section on social studies.

For applicants looking to teach professionally at a CBSE-affiliated school or a government school from kindergarten to grade 8, the CTET exam is one of the most awaited. Depending on their eligibility and preference, CTET candidates may submit applications for either one or both papers. The steps to fill CTET Application Form 2023 are as follows:
