The Selection Process of RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 includes the following Stages:
- A merit list will be drawn in the order of the percentage secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification.

- Medical Examination.

- Candidates should first register themselves (as a candidate/ student) on the website of NAPS at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in or NATS for Degree/ Diploma in Engineering at https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in and complete/ update their profile by uploading all the required documents.
- Candidates of Graduate Apprentice such as BA, B. Com.,B. Sc., BBA/Graduation with Economics will be registered after joining at RCF as an Apprentice.
