IDBI Recruitment 2023 : A large number of employees will be recruited in the government bank IDBI. This appointment will be on contract basis. A notification has been published on the bank’s website in this regard. Online application is already available.
The appointment will be in executive or official positions. Candidates can apply only if their age is between 20 to 25 years. Initially appointed for 1 year but this period can be extended for another 2 years based on work. Candidates will be appointed to the post of Assistant Manager (Grade A) after 3 years through the recruitment test after verifying the work skills.

Educational qualification: Must pass graduation from any recognized educational institution with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit : The age of the applicant should be between minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years. However, SC, ST will get age relaxation up to 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years and Ex-Serviceman 5 years.
Salary : Monthly salary from 29 thousand taka to 34 thousand taka.
Application Fees : Rs. 200 for sc/st/pwd candidates and Rs. 1000 for general candidates.

- Then “Recruitment of Executives on Contract-2021” link will open from there click on “Apply Online” option.
- Then from the new page that will open click on “Click Here For New Registration'” link to complete the registration.

- Once the registration is done, you have to login with the User Id and Password provided by the concerned bank.

- After that the online application form will appear where you have to fill the form with your name, father’s name, address, date of birth, gender, educational qualification, e-mail id, phone number etc.
- Finally, the application will be completed after uploading all the other necessary documents including educational qualification documents and submitting the prescribed application fee.
- Once everything is done, take a print out of the filled application form and the receipt copy of the application fee and keep it with you.
Recruitment Procedure : Eligible candidates will be selected from among the applicants through online test, document verification and medical test. In that case after the completion of the application process the applied candidates will be called for a 150 marks online test. Candidates who clear this exam will be called for document verification and medical test. Finally, the eligible candidates will be selected and appointed to the job on the basis of the marks obtained by combining these two steps.
