Educational Qualification : Graduate pass in any discipline from any university recognized by Government of India by 31.08.2023. Also candidates should have working experience in computer and know how to speak local language.
Age Limit : Minimum age of the applicant should be 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 31.08.2023. But candidates belonging to OBC category can apply up to 28 years and SC/ST category candidates up to 30 years.
Salary: 5,000/- per month during 6 months Training Period, 15,000/- per month during 2 months Internship Period Stipend will be given.
After being appointed as Junior Assistant Manager – JAM (Grade ‘O’) the salary will be Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum.

Candidate selection procedure: Before giving employment to the post of Junior Assistant Manager-JAM, 6 + 2 = 8 months training is conducted by the bank, for this the candidates have to go through 3 steps. namely-
- Written Test (MCQ Type- 200 Marks).
- Interview (100 Marks).
- Medical examination.
