BHEL Bhopal 2023 Apprentice Recruitment : BHEL, Bhopal, a Maharatna Company and one of BHEL’s manufacturing units, is seeking applications from MP Domicile ITI holders. They aim to appoint Apprentices for a one-year term (2023-24 batch) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Eligible candidates with ITI qualifications in Electrician, Fitter, Machinist Composite, or Welder (Gas & Electric) trades can apply. Qualification Required :
- Must have completed 10th/Matriculation with ITI in the relevant trade from an institute located in Madhya Pradesh recognized by NCVT.
- ITI Passed in the relevant trade with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks for GEN/EWS/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST from an institute recognized by NCVT.
- Candidates who have obtained their ITI as private candidates are not eligible for apprenticeship training.
- Those who have undergone apprenticeship earlier, are currently pursuing Apprenticeship Training in an industry as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, or have one year or more of job experience at the time of applying are NOT eligible.
- Candidates who have passed ITI from SCVT recognized institutes and MES certificate holders are not eligible to apply for the above apprenticeship training.
- Individuals who completed ITI before 2021 are not eligible for Apprentice training : hence, such candidates need not apply.
- However, there is a three-year relaxation in the passing year for Wards of BHEL Bhopal Employees (son/daughter/spouse). Wards of BHEL Bhopal Employees who passed ITI after 2018 are eligible to apply.

- Additional 10 years for physically handicapped persons.
